We went to the airport and hopped on a plane to Athens, it
was quite tiring yet I managed to grab a couple of hours of sleep. When we
arrived at Athens we jumped straight onto a bus to Syntagma Square, where it
was most amusing to view the stupid guards with pompoms on their shoes. The
hotel was top notch and I most enjoyed the Cocoa Pops and Nutella on toast for
breakfast. On the first night I was conned into purchasing a kebab for a
ridiculous price of 9 euros. after dinner we went for a brisk walk up to Mt
Lykevittos which was most enjoyable.
Greece was not what I expected there were some cool ancient
buildings but a lot of it was grotty. I felt kind of sorry for all the poor
people and stray dogs and stray cats. My favourite statue was a bronze one
called Chariot Boy and was situated in Delphi which we visited on the second
day.
I was scarred for life after seeing a homeless man with a massive
cut on his foot. On the third day we visited the Acropolis which was mint as
and afterwards we went souvenir shopping and I purchased a classy t-shirt. I
had a good sleep that night although will and will might not have been so happy
as I apparently snored and made weird noises the whole night.
After a classy fairy ride to Italy we met a hooker who Guy
Hart took a real fancy to, then we jumped on a train and that is where I am
now.
P.S. Hi Mum, Dad, Grandma and Grandad and sup Josh and
Winston,
